The phase most teenagers go through from age 12 - 15. They say weird and random shit and think it's funny but will later regret this whole time period and will relate to it as cringy. Teens in their random phase are usually seen as annoying by others.

A phase in your life that occurs frequently when you are fine with exploring promiscuous activities and connecting with random people. These activities do not always end in sex, but can lead to it. You have a high tendency to dance provocatively with strangers, be a tease in social settings, flirt non-stop, kiss and/or make-out with others, and get caught up in the moment. This phase helps you establish what you like and don't, explore your sexuality, and have fun. You have the ability to stop these actions or snap out of the phase.

An emotional and mental phase that one experiences after he/she was crazily drunk the night before. As the name suggests, the person is very regretful of the things he/she did the prior night... and in most cases, he/she calls up his friends and apologizes for his/her behavior for the prior night. This phase usually involves a personal promise that he/she will never get that drunk again.

Ok in each family 1 or 2 people will get it and that person will try to date your siblings or cousin it will last about 3 months - 3 years, and once the alabama phase is over for that person another person will get it, it only happens to the ages of 7 - 14, it can spread to other people if they make a sexual move by you so to not get it you got to avoid the person until its over, but if you already had it you will be immune to it! And no this is not a joke.
