Panicrastinating 

The act being under extreme anxiety over an imminent deadline yet still continuing to procrastinate because you wish to relieve your anxiety.

Person 1: "Oh my God I can't stop shaking because I have a paper due tomorrow and I havent started, I need to relive some stress."
Person 2: "Dude, stop panicrastinating or you won't get anything done!"
