Oscar (AKA Snowball) Puri is a very handsome Maltipoo. He lives in Bay Area, California. Oscar is a very anxious man, and has separation anxiety from his parents. Overall, Oscar is very chill, but does have sudden bursts of energy. Oh, he also looks like Alec Baldwin for some reason.
