It is infinitely more cool than mounting a dorky little horn or bell on your handlebars and squeezing it at every opportunity. As we know, being left on read is when someone reads your text/email/etc and does not reply. Therefore, "left on read, left your bed" means if a potential sexual partner does this, you will never allow them access to your body for sexual purposes, because they lack manners, so they can lack your sexual energy as well.
