the term is used to replace "Morning" in "Good Morning" to inform the person being greeted that the speaker is feeling groggy or like a sluggish zombie.

Adam: What the hell, are you alright?"
Zach: "I had to wake up early for a meeting.. only to be messaged that it's been rescheduled to next week."
