New game console from nintendo that:

1) has re-defined backwards compatibility, because you can play GC games, and download ANY nintendo games from the past 20 years onto it.

2) didn't have any games shown at e3... or for that matter, what it can do, graphics wise.

3) will have wi-fi internet and system link, and will have Super smash brothers online.
Nintendo revoultion sounds like a good console, but it would have been nice to see some footage instead of a model.

God's gift to video games. Will jump start the industry that is slowly turning into a graphics & visuals first business and turn it into a gameplay and fun first business instead. While PS3 and Xbox 360 concentrate on how many polygons and floating point calculations it can perform per nano second, Nintendo will be focusing on pure fun.

Nintendo's Controller is the first part, it is a 3-D mouse that can detect movements along the X, Y, and Z axis. This means it can detect any kind of movement, and can be used to aim a gun in a shooter game or throw a football in a football game. The possibilites are endless.

Plus, you can download games from any Nintendo console made. Talks are being made with companies to put some 3rd party games for download too.

And the console will still feature updated graphics, about 2 or 3 times better than the Game Cube. While not a big leap, think Residient Evil 4 or Metroid Prime 2-3 times better and its not so bad.

The Nintendo Revolution will follow the footsteps of the DS and surprise everyone and win the console race.
The Nintendo Revolution is the most innovate video gaming console since the NES.

The next generation of the Nintendo gaming console that is currently in development. Not much is known about this system, -though Nintendo said that this next console will be focusing more on gaming innovation (like they did with Nintendo DS) than game hardware, although still remain true to new technology in graphics and gameplay. They also said that Nintendo Revolution will not quite be a game console, because it will be able to hook up to a computer screen/computer, reason: unknown. Nintendo is also interested in making innovative items that make gameplay more funner and deliver new ideas, like Sony did with their eye toy. It is slated to be released competitevely with the so called PS3 (working title), and Microsoft Xbox2 (working title), at the end of 2005/early 2006.
Nintendo Quote
"What we need is not a next-generation machine but a next-generation way of playing games. We need to propose a new idea so that the game industry can overcome its current crisis."

That crisis being is that the gaming industry can no long rely on stunning the audience with sophisicated visuals.

Nintendo's 2006 console that will focus on gameplay first and graphics second, though will probably excell at both. This is contrary to the PS3 and XBox 360, which will only have graphics as a selling point, lacking gameplay. Also offers the ability to download classic games from previous Nintendo systems.
The Revolution is the best new system, but will be outsold because the other systems are more 'ghetto' and 'hip'.

Nintendo's next-gen console, in competition with the Xbox 360 and PS3.
There was a lot of hype around the unveiling Nintendo Revolution's controller, but all fans had to do was go into their living room and pull out the TV remote.

Nintendo's new consol. Will feature:
1)wireless controlls
2)the ability to download all the kick ass games from NES, SNES, and N64 (these games kick any current or next gen games asses)
3)Better design than PS3 or Xbox 360
4)GOOD GAMES (360 and PS3 have like, 2 good ones)
5)something other than good graphics(seriously, how long are you willing to play crap games with awsome graphics?)
6)Lower cost
7)A system that DOES NOT BREAK(unlike ps3 or 360, which will break if you breath on them)
Microsoft has sold out to the "hip" crowd and Sony wants more games like Snoop Dog: Fear and Respect and 50 Cent: Bullet Proof
