Music Therapy

The method of therapy by using musical means, such as guitar and piano. It lets people express and release pent up feelings by playing or listening to music.

Guy 1: Can you play guitar for me?
Guy 2: I can play, but I'm just too depressed to play right now...
Guy 1: Have you ever heard of Music Therapy? It's supposed to really help with stuff like that!
