Ex 1 & 2) Harry Potter's uncle, aunt, and cousin have no connections to the magical world or magical abilities, and are referred to as muggles.

3) A group of geocachers, role-players, harry potter fans speaking of a non-roleplayer/geocacher/harry potter fan etc... "I tried to explain it to her, but she was such a muggle. She didn't get it." or "Avoid the muggles, they're all over the park this afternoon."

Intelligence agency term for "psychological operation". A government or corporate-sponsored operation, usually taking the form of a "terrorist attack" or "crazed gunman on a spree", with the intent of panicking the public into demanding more police and laws inhibiting freedom. Psyops are usually carried out by drugging a civilian or group of civilians with aggression-promoting drugs, psyching them up, arming them, and sending them out to commit mayhem.
