Memesubber is a retarded individual who, in his projects of fansub (Animes, Series, Films, etc.), puts famous memes in order to make funny, but he does not realize how retarded this is.

That Ketsura guy does not realize how ridiculous he is when he thinks being a memesubber is funny.
