A term used to initiate or express enthusiasm for partying, socializing, or getting high.
A state of being or feeling high due to recreational drug use.

1.) "MehMeh, dude! Ready to have a great time tonight?"
2.) "Let's get the MehMeh started and dance all night!"
3.)"After a few hits, they were definitely feeling the MehMeh."
