(noun) man-stroo-ay-shun A period of time when a male bleeds from his anus due to excessive wiping. Something that happens every other day, and is NOT the same as menstruation. It is when a man becomes irritable, experiences cramps and bleeds from his willy. As shops do not stock male sanitary products, the man often resorts to using tissues or bits of scrap cloth to absorb the bleeding. Unlike menstruation, manstruation happens every other day and only lasts around 10 hours.
