Detective Vic Mackey is a thorougly corrupt L.A. cop who is willing to do anything inside or outside the law to get the job done. He firmly believes that his actions are for the greater good. He is played by the talented Michael Chiklis.

When your shitty teacher named Ms. Mackey only talks about filtering and preparing for college and how you should be getting a 100 in the class without a problem. Instead, you end up failing the class and your college acceptance rejected. These are only minor effects of The Mackey Effect.

one of the funniest south park characters, mostly because he's exactly like all Health education teachers ever. he goes in circles about how drugs and drinking is bad, along with sex education, without explaining anything, because he has no idea. It's hilarious to watch, especially if you're in a health class currently, and can make the comparison
Mr. mackey on drugs:
