Lunchitis 

Feeling lazy, tired, sleepy after eating lunch. Or, not wanting to do any work after coming back to work from lunch break.

Coming back to work from lunch, Kyra had a bad case of lunchitis as she found it very difficult to motivate herself to do any work at all. Her and her colleagues ended up just shooting the shit instead.

Noun: one who has a tendency to lunch things out (see "lunch"). One who wastes their days achieving very little and who loves idleness and self-indulgence more than they fear its consequences. Essentially one who lunches out their life.
