Lockout ass 

A lockout ass is someone who knows how to get the party started. Whether it’s sitting in a PTA meeting, brunch with the boss or flying through a patch of turbulence, a lockout ass knows how to make anything seem fun. A lockout ass rsvp will take that party from a 7 to a 10!
