Atlantic Shish-kabob

Originating in the rural Iowa town of Atlantic. This has been described as an anti-social act in which the male participant inserts an assortment of fresh fruits and vegetables into the woman’s vagina. He then consumes the contents of the vagina in such a voracious way that it induces vomiting.
