An adjective to describe something substandard. It is derived from junior college. For example, junior college compared to a real university. It can also be used to describe poor workmanship, such as what you might get from a junior college "grad" or a vo tech "grad." Generally, being descibed as "juco" isn't a good thing.

JuCo Bandits (Junior College Bandits) are high quality baseball players who work hard everyday to improve themselves so that they can transfer to a 4 year school. Typically these players don’t have outstanding power or strength and therefore put a lot of time in the weight-room.
Many D1, D2, D3, and NAIA schools typically look for JuCo Bandit prospects before scouting younger non-commits, because JuCo players have a benchmark expectation of skill.
When they show up to a NCAA locker room, they have tattered batting gloves and irremovable stains on their gear. They’ve had a long road.

Juco Transfer is short for Junior College transfers. When a high school athlete does not posses the academic wherewithal to attend their school of joice. (Typically a big name Division 1 school). They will attend a Junior College to improve their grades in order to transfer to their desired initial university.
Juco Transfers are also referred to to describe fake tits. ( Saline or Silicone). The perception being if a chick needs improved breast she can always attain some Juco Transfers.
