Its just a saying you say when you succeed in something pretty much means success in my own slang lets say you at a party and its your bros or your bday you would say illawoop to celebrate the success of making it another year so you shout illawoop or lets say you got your pay check yould say illawoop to celebrate to success of copping a bag or as motivation before a rugby game or a mission yould shout illawoop to amp you up
