Ill Bill is an American emcee and record producer from Brooklyn, New York. Having gained notoriety in the underground hip hop group Non Phixion, Ill Bill is known for his politically-themed lyrics and as the producer, founder and CEO of Uncle Howie Records. His younger brother Necro is also an emcee and producer. Bill was the main voice behind the now disbanded Non Phixion, and is currently a member of La Coka Nostra. Considered by many to be one of the best lyricists in the world of hip hop, Bill has enjoyed huge success independent of the major label system. In 2010 he continues to tour the globe and release music at a prolific pace to satiate a huge and dedicated international fan base.
