IT Mana 

When you have an IT issue and someone with more 'IT Mana" (Mana being magical energy) looks over your shoulder or completes the same steps but fixes the issue, that person had more 'IT Mana' than you.

"I couldnt get the printer to work and then Peter from IT did the same thing, and it worked!! He clearly has more IT Mana than me."
