HIIF
HIIF, standing for High-Intensity Interval Fapping (or High-Intensity Interval Humping), meaning that you switch between fapping (or humping) intensely for a certain duration of time, and then stopping for another duration of time, see HIIT ( High-intensity interval training ) for the more generic exercise version.
