Goruto Takatora is just a man who, not only is a fusion of the names “Goku” and “Naruto” but also has the last name “Takatora” which have two meanings for 2 words.

Taka is Hawk in Japanese. Same for Tora, which is Tiger. The guy’s last name literally means “Hawktiger”. Kinda badass, huh?

If you meet this man with that name, chances are, he will be very open to being your friend! He’s rarely busy, if he is, he’ll say so or let you know in advance. He likes to make weird noises and have strange phrases in his vocabulary. So be mindful of that. He will talk about everything and anything, the guy is a talking machine! Noun. Portmanteau of "street" and "road": it describes a street, er, road, built for high speed, but with multiple access points. Excessive width is a common feature. A common feature in suburbia, especially along commercial strips. Unsafe at any speed, their extreme width and straightness paradoxically induces speeding. Somewhat more neutral than synonymous traffic sewer.
