Gina Gun

A hand gesture of a gun substituting the middle finger for the index: formed by extending the thumb and middle finger and bending the second finger for form a gun shape.

Most commonly used by a Gina when posing for pictures.

She is doing the gina gun! back off, she looks like you don't want to mess with her.
