Originally, this name referred to the Republican Party's nickname of the Grand Old Party. However, in light of the Republican's love for God and billionaires, it should be God's Own Plutocrats. All of their policies seem to favor the extremely rich, religious and white.

The Republican Party is no longer the Grand Old Party of Lincoln, but rather is the GOP-God's Own Plutocrats

Gop stop is done by gopniki (Russian term). They stop people, ask to treat with a cigarette (or some other routine question). A person can be also asked to give his mobile phone, money, wallet, watch and frisked (pocket checked) in case of denying to have these properties. In some cases they beat the victim.
So gopniki gop stop somebody (though they don't like the term, they prefer pacani or sth else instead).

They're usually teenagers and move around in groups.
In English the closest term/translation would be "to racket". The gop stop is just not so well orginized and they have casual victims (who they call lohs - a clumsy, slow thinking person or the ones who afraid to fight back or or resist strongly).

GOP-stupid

It is a level of stupid below retarded. A person is so unschooled that they can't deal with reason or logic. This level of ignorance passionately rejects sound thinking by ignoring all arguments against their incorrect knowledge out of a feeling of fear/righteous, and cites only the faulty information from their original sources to bolster their incorrect information.

I just talked to that guy and thought he was on acid or insane, but he's just GOP-stupid.
