A word to describe someone who you like, that is acting stupid or being a straight fool.

1) Linda: Jonny did not even call me yesterday.

Mary: Girl, forget about that FahLUZIE!

2) Jonny: Man, Linda is trippin that i didnt call her.

Tom: She be a FahLUZIE!
