Es'tchia

A word used by uneducated native americans to express one's disbelief, amazement or a general vague response to any question.

Drunk #1: I've got half a bottle and some pinners back at my cabin

Drunk #2: ES'TCHIA!!! Let's go.

Indian #1: How's it going, cousin?

Indian #2: Es'tchia.
