1: Eh! Steve is a carpet-like...thing that always likes to deliver his catch phrase, EH! STEVE!!!, wherever he goes.
He also makes an appearance in the children's book by Strong Bad known as "everyone is different".

2: Eh! Steve is a system of animation, but only if Eh! Steve is added into it.
