when a friend gets tripped out by something and gets all emotional about it. generally in the sky.

Person 1: OMG look at those clouds theyre right over my house, and they soo big and black!:S

Person 2: Alright, i can see your having a double rainbow moment right about now

Double Rainbow Moment

Viewing something, usually nature-related, so intensely beautiful that you can't even capture on your camera.

Liz: Oh my god, Emerald Bay is so GREEN. ITS SO GREEN.
You: I know you're having a Double Rainbow moment but you need to calm down or you'll fall off the edge.
