A euphemism for getting Covid twice. This term is used due to the increased risk of the virus spreading among groups of more than two people, such as two sets of romantic partners, in spaces like pubs and restaurants, where one might otherwise go on a date.
I thought I had antibodies but my test results came back today and it turns out I've been invited on a double date.
