Debbie Downsyndrome

A person who is always down and it a bad mood, and puts others in bad moods as well. Usually is in a bad mood from being ugly or gettin made fun of.

person 1: "Tough fish"
person 2: "Heis, stop being Debbie Downsyndrome for 5 min"
