DPE
stands for Delta Phi Epsilon, a Professional foreign service fraternity and sorority originated at Georgetown University. Also active at George Washington University and UC Berkeley. Not to be confused with the social sorority, Delta Phi Epsilon which refers to itself as D Phi E.
DPE
DPE is short for Dry Pussy Energy. It should be used as an insult to men, opposite of Big Dick Energy in regards to females. While some females are complemented as having BDE when they are strong, sassy, or an overall boss, men should feel minimized for having DPE. It symbolizes that the male is weak or acting like a little bitch. Nobody likes having a dry pussy and nobody likes being around a male who has dry pussy energy.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
