Some sources assert that this phrase is specifically associated with the Hell's Angels, but its origin is uncertain. It is now known broadly across various biker, deadhead, hardcore, industrial, metal, and death metal scenes.

Dysfunctional Fantasy Football League - a recreational fantasy football league where the participants are unable or unwilling to distinguish between reality and the game. Mostly characterized by 'rape trades' (lopsided or fixed trades in which one side clearly benefits , opposite of 'fair trades') Hence why the 'dysfunctional' moniker.
