Court Rat

The weirdos that can be seen smoking, skating, smoking hookah or just sitting around the courtyard of any major university at any and all hours. They usually have a 4:1 guy/girl ratio and often have a reputation for antics around the freshman population.

"All the drinks are gone"
"Well, we can always go mess with the court rats."
