C’mon Man

A phrase to use when answering a question, and you have no clue as to the answer, and possibly don’t even understand the question.
Reporter: Mr. President, what is your administration plan to control US border crisis?

Mr. President: The US border? Hey, look, the border, is……you know, the thing….as I stated earlier….and we’re certainly doing something somewhere to……..you know…..to control it. C’mon man!
