While this at times can be okay, the bottom feeder fails to acknowledge this fact due to an emotionally abusive childhood, and maintains an obtuse arrogance and indifference towards everyone around him who has to work for a living.
Frank is such a bottom feeder. Had he grown up on the mean streets of Detroit he'd be such a crackhead for his herd mentality and immaturity.
