Someone who wants a small low budget government but wants the departments responsible for killing and imprisoning people to be as big and costly as possible. Tells people to respect authority and comply with the law but refuses to comply with the law when they can no longer get a haircut. Tells the government not to tread on them but cheers when the government treads on people's right to peacefully protest and cheers again they tread on people's right to getting a safe abortion. Claims that they need to own a mountain of firearms just in case they need to rise up against a tyrannical government but cheers when a tyrannical government starts snatching people off the street.

My uncle complains that big government is treading on his rights because he now has to wear a mask inside of public building and that it's his right to not wear a mask even he has a thin blue line sticker on the back of his pickup but then tells me that black people wouldn't get hurt by law enforcement if they just followed the law. I'd say he is a schrodinger's bootlicker

A slang for someone describing people who defend the corporation of Nintendo by the choices they made.

Nintendo Bootlickers are NOT people who defend a games’ graphics or Downloadable Content, but will push the idea that Nintendo has done nothing wrong

Person 1: Nintendo decided to ban Melee from competitive games
Person 2: They aren’t wrong or doing anything wrong. They did a wonderful choice

Bootlicker 

A term to describe a person who commits the act of bootlicking. The act of bootlicking is when an oppressed person or persons, such as the working class, sucks up to the oppressor in hopes of appeasing them.

The reason it is referred to at "bootlicking" is because the oppressor metaphorically has a boot over the face or neck of the oppressed, suffocating them, and the oppressed licks it in an attempt to dissuade the oppressor.

"Elon Musk is just a cool rich guy who worked really hard for his money because he's a super big brain mega genius! He's not an exploiter of the working class! Did I mention I make 8 dollars an hour for a 7 hour shift with no benefits?"

Bootlicker 

Someone who fawns over or blindly worships authority figures. Pudgey, white, male. Indications of a Bootlicker are things such as thin blue line bumper stickers, wannabe "tactical" everyday clothing, clean cut goatee, and a Karen wife or girlfriend. Probably have never served or done any kind of real public service, but maybe works at a jail, was a volunteer firefighter for a year 10 years ago, or worked as a security guard somewhere lame for a summer job.

Kyle the bootlicker brought a few dozen donuts to take by the police department to thank them for their service.
