I am an Aussie (Australian) who lives in New Zealand, and i find it weird how New Zealanders use 'Aussie' to mean Australia. 'I'm going to Aussie'. Australians don't say this. Where did this come from? I'd love to know.

Originating from Australia. Aussies can swear, say g'day m8, ride motorcycles regardless of age and call their dog Rover even if it isn't called that
