Someone with dirt particles, who has long singular hairs protruding from their their bodies, and has eyes facing opposite directions. This word also describes someone who often drools, due to the fact that they never put their tongue in their mouth.

Person 1: Why does that thing have hairs protruding from its body and excessive drool?

Person 2: Oh, thats just because they have Alosiugga Syndrome.

Alosiugga Syndrome 

A person with specs of dirt and random hair patches. Eyes are ALWAYS facing different directions. Tongue is sticking out most of the time and tends to drool alot. Lips are VERY crusty.
