A nickname for a "Spicy Chicken Crisp" from Burger King. Spicy chicken crisp has five syllables, much too many. 110 only has two. The nickname comes from the fact that it costs $1.10 in Washington, although this may vary from where you live based on taxes and varying restuarant prices.
