Hym "Because the leftists are selectively and arbitrarily intolerant of ideas in a way that is less consistent and, obviously, the right-wing baseline's consistency is mediated by the book (but it DOES exist on an incline so they DO become more tolerant over time). So, yeah, the leftist one does this:

And it LOOKS like it bounces up against the conservative baseline but that's all illusory. That's all been accounted for. Somebody was clever! At some point. I don't know when or how but... Somebody was clever. I would have loved to meet him/her.... Probably would have killed them... But that would have been a good thing... And what happens if you're outside the loop? You die of brain infection because your manager (who doesn't like Satan stuff) is willing to give you 39 HOURS but NOT 40 hours because giving you 40 hours would mean that you ARE a thing she doesn't want you to be, you would accrue benefits 'You don't work hard enough to deserve.' And there's always more meat for the grinder."
