First of all, I would like to say that I created this word and it is really spelled dew-rag. The purpose of this rag is obviously to protect one's head hairs from becoming dewed upon while sleeping outside through the wee morning hours.

Derived from the greek word "cuntus-ragus-maximus".
Noun- Used when the human species (especially, but not limited to, the female variety) is in peak ovulating season. The "cunt rag" is placed between the legs of the female, just underneath the cottage cheese.

Used to describe a person who is of particular annoyance. "Johnny, you are being a cunt rag !!!" exclaimed Naomi.
