An old insult, forgotten by many. It give the opponent you use it on terrible confusion, especially when you say this after you say "ur mom gay". It is worse than all the "ur" insults combined. Yes, including "ur dog a frog". Everytime you use this insult, a gay mother somewhere in the world will die.
