down south

The term affectionately used by residents of the city of Perth in Western Australia, to refer to the area in the south-west of the state underneath Perth.

In general it can refer to the whole area south of Perth and west of Albany, but usually only means the Cape Naturaliste-Cape Leeuwin region, in particular the towns of Busselton, Dunsborough, and Margaret River.

Person 1: "You comin' to my party on Saturday?"
Person 2: "Nah sorry dude, I'm goin' down south this weekend"

if your from south jersey, all you do is get "fucked-up" on PBR or Miller-light on the weekends. you wanna get out, but you still love it. you think philly is the shit. you go to wildwood after prom. you shop mainly in delaware. you dont watch real world: philly. your school probably sucks. you go to wawa at least once a week. you say "wooter". youre the only person in the tri-state area that can drive a car properly. you think that north jersey should be a diffrent state, its completely diffrent. youre proud, and you love it.

south park

The funniest TV show that was ever made. The four main characters are Cartman, Kyle, Kenny, and Stan. Stan and Kyle are best friends. Kenny dies in almost every episode until Season 6. Whenever he dies: Stan: "Oh my god, you/they killed Kenny!" Kyle: You Bastard! . The first episode was aired in April 1997. South Park was created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone. Trey and Matt listen to real 8 or 9 year old boys when they think that they're alone and record what they say and put it in the show. South Park is on Comedy Central and UPN.

Glenbrook South

Rival school to Glenbrook North, GBS kicks GBN's ass at pretty much everything. Especially football, since GBN decided to drop out of the district league because they couldnt win any games. Plus GBS actually has a few black kids. Glenbrook South is also known for throwing down sick rages. Home of many lax bros, the ultimate lax bro was inspired by this school.

South End

A neighborhood in Boston which lies south of Back Bay, east of Roxbury, west of South Boston, and north of Dorchester. The neighborhood has had a long existence of crime. It contains four housing projects: Villa Victoria, Methunion Manor, Cathedral Housing, and Tent City. The area originally a Black, Jewish, and Irish mix, has a largely growing Hispanic population. The South End is not to be confused with Back Bay, which is a much wealthier, ritzier area of Boston.
