The height of unnecessary ridiculous; the proverbial cherry on top of the Unnecessary Cake.

This comes from William Shatner's famous Spoken Word version of Elton John's "Rocket Man", where he performs the song as three different Shatner personalities, the last of which is the "Party Shatner".

Did you see that episode of "To Catch a Predator" where they had a cop in full-body tree camoflage jump out of the bushes and tackle one of the pedophiles as he walked away? That cop was the Party Shatner.

Someone who persistently, yet secretively, takes a dump in the only public restroom of the office. The office shitter can strike at any time of day. Radom attacks are a key strategic factor for the shitter, so as not to raise awareness of the situation, but to also rob the innocent of feeling safe when simply urinating in the enclosed single toilet rest room.

Upon entering the unventilated rest room, Margarette realized at once she had again become the victim of the office shitter.

Someone who has gas and has to a shit really bad and has extreme anger problems and shits their pants on purpose.

Timmy Burritos had gas after lunch today. He had to take a shit so he got up a walked to the bathroom. On his way down the hall he saw his exgirlfriend and she called him a scumbag. He didn't know how to express his anger towards her so he shit his pants onpurpose using lots of force! He's an angry shitter!

Something worse than "shitter than lava", can only happen after Shitter than Lava has struck once. Shitter than Lightning can strike twice in the same place.

Mate, your car crash was shitter than lava. But the way the insurance dealt with it - was shitter than lightning.
