it is similar to the idiom of keeping your nose to the grindstone in both meaning and logical origin (or lack thereof). Essentially, it is the 'grindstone' saying adapted to the 21st century, and more specifically applies to the elimination of procrastination tendencies, i.e. do work son.

Brennan: Damn fool, I wanna get keyed off that purp, but i got homework to do.
Scott: Bro, just put the silicon to the titties and hit me up when you're done
Brennan: Dopeskeet.

a slight step below "raising the roof" in which the participant puts both hands at a 80 degree angle at head level and pushes them upward very slightly. fingers may be pressed together, but are more commonly separated between the ring and middle fingers, much like the Vulcan greeting, "live long and prosper". if one is holding a coffee or a 64oz Big Gulp, putting "one" up may suffice.

The verbal threat to cause bodily harm, a severe beating, to kick the crap out of someone.

My Dad would always use this saying when the kids were misbehaving, fighting or just getting on his nerves. "Don't make me put the windmill in motion!" That was his way of saying if we didn't stop whatever it is we were doing then he was gonna beat our butts!
