A stunt pulled by a person who continually arranges to participate in group activities but bails out at the last minute, often without any forewarning or reasonable explanation.

Example : Person A says,"I have to work." Person B replies," But we planned this trip three months ago! You said that yo would ask off; you didn't, did you?" Person A,"No." Person B," You're pulling some of that Across the Bay Bullshit on us, fucker!"
