A common phrase used in the southern hemisphere to persuade somebody to "spin" the driven wheels of their vehicle to perform a burnout. Typically said when a mate is leaving an event, or an attractive performance car passes (such as a manual 20e A31 Nissan Cefiro)

Mate 1: *starts vehicle after saying farewell to friends*
Mates 2, 3 & 4: "oi mate, spin em!"
Mate 1: *Foot flat on accelerator spinning the rear wheels of his work ute*
Mates 2, 3 & 4: "yeahh!!!! what a sick c*nt!"

Spin Dance

Probably the most intricate dance move in all of dance history. The act of spinning in multiple circles while gracing the air with your outspread arms. To be effective you must have speed and grace. Most commonly used in a crowded setting such as a bar, to awe friends. Can also be used as a deffense mechanism. WARNING: May end up in losing balance, and you may accidentally punch random bystanders. Bar fights may ensue. Has only ever been properly demonstrated by the one they call Chris.

lazy spin

When you want to smoke some weed with spin (cannabis rolled with tobacco) but you’re too lazy or already stoned so you just smoke a cigarette intermittently with a joint, or smoke them both in your mouth at the same time like a boss

Dude 1: Bro I wanna smoke a joint with some spin but I’m too lazy... cos I’m baaaaked as bro”

Dude 2: “bro just do a lazy spin...”
