The main use of this word is to make people think you have completely lost your mind as well as being the politest way to indirectly call your friend an idiot, the only repercussion is that you may end up in a mental asylum. But this is perfect if you want to get out of an conversation, if you say homo pony people will be so distraught for your sanity then wont be surprised when u run away to be your anti-social self.

As is "no homo" and "yes homo." Neutral homo is a bisexual person (no homo meaning heterosexual yes homo being homosexual.)
