Similar to jet lag, when you've spent so long on pharmaceutical remedies you forget where who and what you are while everyone expected you to do exactly what they did and not ended up with individual issues and personal problems

I've got a case of drug lag this has to be a mistrial as somehow I get a virus and now my whole life falls apart

Nowadays when high-schoolers (at least in my school) openly ask for drugs, they're referring to advil/tylenol because high school in general is a constant headache.
