Baka is the grumbling noise that an old Jewish man makes when a minor infraction occurs after a long days work as a useless mathematician professor. Usually brought on by his stepchildren and/or significant other after touching his possessions. In extreme cases may lead to multiple uses of the words shit and goddamn it in a sentence.

"Hey Rachel what did you do to piss off Steve now?"
"Who knows, I probably put the Windex on the wrong shelf but why do you ask?"
"Because all I heard this morning was Steve going 'baka baka baka' before work"

Most likely picked up by English society by anime’s, where in most cases anime girls call boys “Baka” flirtatiously.

However, I myself, a masculine Gay guy, use “Baka” as a flirtatious joke towards some people like my friends or people I have crushes on and joking with them.
