A Sneaky Blunt will often say what they really mean first, followed by a way of escape tactic like those listed above. Can also be characterized as Passive Aggressive.

Do it by yourself or with others, Baseball\ Chicago on steroids, take your hit and when you get the blunt back, without exhaling, take another hit and so on until you can't hold anymore, then exhale but... you can not take in fresh air without smoke in your lungs and you cannot take a hit without smoke in your lungs. Easier by yourself but just as satisfying.
